Celebration of love: Kazeem family weds two daughters in grand style

It was a double celebration and a memorable day for the family of Alhaji Yesir Kazeem, as he wedded two of his daughters, Jelilat Ifedolapo Kazeem and Tairat Adebisi Kazeem to their heartthrobs on Saturday 19th of June, 2021.
The event was a three-tagged ceremony that includes, Nikkah, engagement and reception, held at the Success Hall in Abule-Egba axis, a suburb in Lagos State.

The big wedding ceremony was graced by special dignitaries from the private and public sectors, politicians, Islamic clerics and notable personalities across the country.
Speaking on the sideline of the event with the Lagos Business News crew, the brides’ father, Alhaji Yessir Alao Kazeem, who couldn’t hold his joy told our correspondents that no one deserves all the praises and adorations except Almighty Allah for the success of his daughters’ wedding ceremony.
“I’m very excited and I give glory to Almighty Allah, who made me witness today because it is not by my power that I wedded two daughters a day. It is by God’s grace”.
Speaking on the importance of marriage in Islam, the elated father, who happily sang an Islamic song to thank Allah said, ” It’s part of what God ordained His faithful to do in life, and I’m so excited that today, HE has let me achieved it.”
According to him, if God blesses any human being, such person suppose to thank him, “So, I am very grateful to Almighty God”.

While advising the couples, Alhaji Yessir Kazeem said, ” the couples should be patient because life is step by step. When a human being is patient all the things that are lacking will surely be enough. In a nutshell, a patient dog eats the fattest bone.”
Also, speaking with our correspondent at the event, the Quality Assurance Manager, GB Foods, Olumayowa Kayode Dada, advised the couples to try as much as possible to minimized external interferings in their marriages.

According to him, the tongue and teeth normally fight but in the next few minutes you will see the tongue cleaning the teeth, so when they have a misunderstanding they should try as much as possible to resolve their differences within themselves without bringing external forces.

In their appreciation messages, the brides and their grooms, Kazeem Jelilat Ifedolapo & Bashiru Monsuru Adebisi and Kazeem Tairat Temitayo & Oyedola Ibrahim Olalekan, who were glowing and blushing from all the happiness & joy that have been shown to them by families, colleagues and well-wishers appreciated everybody that graced the occasion, thru gifts and prayers and most importantly, making their special and memorable day a successful one.
Giving the vote of thanks on behalf of the brides family (Kazeems) Yaseeroh Abike Kazeen said, “We are happy that our 2 in 1 Walimatu-Nikkah came to reality. The lovely daughters of the Kazeems, Jelilat & Tairat found their heartthrob forever. The fun part of it is that it was done in the presence of their families, friends and well-wishers.”

The brides’ sister, who is a staff member of the Lagos Business News said, “We appreciate your coming out of your loads of scheduled duties, may Allah never leave you and your family, may HE grant all your beneficial heart desires, and guide you all back safely to your different destinations”, she prayed.
