Kingship Tussle: Oworosoki Residents kick against Prince Nurudeen choice

Some concerned residents of Oworosoki community in Lagos State have kicked against the choice of Prince Nurudeen Saliu as the the substantial Oloworo of Oworosoki Kingdom.

The residents who pleadeded anonymity explained that Prince Saliu has been parading himself as the king immediately after his father demise, a developpment they believed not good for the growth of the kingdom, due to his many alleged atrocities in the past.

Meanwhile another source from the kingdom revealed to this medium that “Nurudeen is a prodigal son and if he becomes the king, he might sell all the Kingdom golds and silvers. He alleged prince Nurudeen Saliu as a scammer who even defrauded his father’s wives after the demise of the late king”.

“If we can recall, the late king died in united kingdom some months back and prince nurudeen allegedly collected money from the lagos state government to bring the corpse back to nigeria and he spend the money for his personal use, he also instructed all his father’s wife to pay another money which they all contributed and pay to him as well”.
