Ali Baba, two others receive greater Lagosians hall of fame

Greater Lagosians Hall of Fame newly created by a Nigerian journalist, Olawale Seriki, has formally taken off with the presentation of the Star of Fame Plague to three Nigerians now to be known as ‘Great Lagosians’ for their various contributions to the development of Lagos State. 

According to Seriki, who is the president of the Greater Lagos Hall of Fame, the project is dedicated to identifying and honouring Nigerians who through their different efforts have made unique contributions to making Lagos State one of the best states in the country.

However, that honoured include, Atunyote Alleluya Akpobome, fondly known as Ali Baba and the King of Comedy; Ikechi Uko, the organiser of the yearly Akwaaba African Travel Market in Lagos and Aare Bashir Fakorede, who is said to be the youngest and fastest-growing entrepreneur in the oil and gas industry in Nigeria.Ali b
