Aviation College Seeks FG’s Nod for Drone Training Programme 

The Nigerian College of Aviation Technology (NCAT) Zaria, is appealing to the minister of Aviation and Aerospace Development Mr Festus Keyamo, to approve the commencement of Drone training in the college.

The appeal was made in Lagos by Mrs Stella Nwankwo, during the visit of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development, Dr Emmanuel Meribole to NCAT’s exhibition stand at the ongoing 4th Drone Technology Conference And exhibition held at the NIGAV centre, Lagos.

Mrs Nwankwo said all necessary arrangements have been put in place for the take-off of Drone training by the college as instructors have been trained by the college for the seamless take-off of the course.

She enumerated the six schools in NCAT saying that the college runs PGD part-time in aviation management in Lagos and Abuja while it also runs OND and HND in engineering courses in Zaria.
