MoMo Payment Service Bank (PSB) collaborated with the Ikoyi-Obalende Local Council Development Area (LCDA) for the Empowering Her Fortune (EHF) Initiative 2.0, serving as the official payment platform to disburse N50, 000 each to 1,000 small-scale female entrepreneurs.

During his keynote address, the Commissioner for Youth and Social Development, Mobolaji Ogunlende, emphasized the importance of continued collaboration between MoMo PSB and the LCDA.

He called for future partnerships to further enhance the initiative’s positive impact on local communities.

Commissioner Ogunlende underscored the critical role of digital financial solutions in empowering women and youth by increasing their access to financial resources, thereby fostering sustainable community development.

He noted that MoMo PSB’s provision of safe, accessible, and inclusive financial services has significantly supported the initiative’s mission to equip female entrepreneurs with the tools they need to grow their businesses.

By backing the EHF Initiative 2.0, MoMo PSB reaffirmed its commitment to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and promoting an inclusive environment for entrepreneurs.

Launched in May 2022 as the fintech division of MTN, MoMo PSB remains dedicated to delivering user-friendly, accessible, and affordable financial services to both new and existing customers across Nigeria.
