Zenith Bank PLC, has reassured its customers of improved services following recent infrastructure upgrades.

In a message released on Thursday, the bank apologized for disruptions across its e-channels, explaining that the glitches were due to routine information technology maintenance aimed at optimizing service delivery.

The bank emphasized its commitment to ensuring uninterrupted service availability, stating that it takes this responsibility “very personally” and continues to allocate resources to maintain 100 per cent uptime.

In its statement, Zenith Bank expressed sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused during the upgrade period and reassured customers that the enhancements will significantly improve their banking experience.

The message, addressed to valued customers, highlighted the progress made so far, enabling transactions via Zenith Bank Debit Cards, the Mobile App, Internet Banking platform, and Zenith Agents nationwide. Customers were also encouraged to visit any branch nationwide for assistance.

The bank concluded by thanking customers for their continued trust and partnership during this transition phase.
