The newly appointed National Programme Manager of the Government Enterprise and Empowerment Programme (GEEP) under the National Social Investment Programme Agency (NSIPA), Hamza Ibrahim Baba, is actively pursuing opportunities to enhance access to GEEP initiatives as part of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda.

On Tuesday, 3rd June 2025, Mr. Baba paid a courtesy visit to the Honourable Minister of State for Education, Dr. Suwaibe Said, in her office in Abuja. The primary objective of this visit was to discuss potential collaboration in supporting grassroots women through the Traders Monies initiative of GEEP.

Following this, Mr. Baba also visited the Director General of the National Directorate of Employment (NDE), H.E. Silas Agara, to explore further areas of partnership aimed at supporting vulnerable groups targeted by GEEP and fostering entrepreneurship across the nation.

Both the Honourable Minister and the Director-General commended Mr. Baba for his proactive approach and expressed their enthusiasm for the collaborative efforts aimed at uplifting Nigerians, particularly those within the GEEP target demographics. They emphasized that these initial visits reflect Mr. Baba’s commitment to instilling renewed hope among Nigerians.
