NASME elects new executive officers

The National Association of Small and Medium Enter­prises (NASME), has elected new officers to run the affairs of the business management origination during its an­nual general meeting, in Abuja.

This was disclosed in a statement by the publicity sec­retary of the association, Mr Mike Alade, Engr. Abdulrasid Yerima emerged as president of the association, while Dr Kabir Dasuki was elected deputy president (North) and Otunba Gbemisola Oduntan deputy president (South) and Mr Okwudili Odi Nwo­su came out tops as deputy president (Finance and Ad­ministration).

The position of zonal vice president (North East) went to Jubrin Aliu Tafi­da, while Ibrahim Dasuke Haske was voted zonal vice president (North West), and Prince Ajisefini A. Tajudeen emerged zonal vice president (North Central).

The position of zonal vice president (South East) went to Mr Ikenna Ikechukwu Okoroafor and that of zonal vice president (South West) went Mr Solomon Aderoju.

Elder Godwin Sunday Udom was voted zonal vice president (South-South) and Muhammed Nura Bel­lo and Nnorom Theophilus Okwuchukwu emerged pri­vate sector representatives, while the position publicity secretary went to Mr Mike Alade.

The new NASME President, Engr. Abdulrasheed Yerima promised to work with partners and relevant stakeholders to make NASME a top business association in the country.
