CITAN Honours Lagos Transport Commissioner Osiyemi with Prestigious Fellowship Award

The Lagos State Commissioner for Transportation, Mr. Oluwaseun Osiyemi, has been conferred with the Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Transport Administration of Nigeria (CITAN) — the Institute’s highest professional grade — in recognition of his exceptional contributions to the growth and modernization of the transport sector in Lagos State and across Nigeria.

The certificate of fellowship, dated November 5, 2025, was presented by the Institute’s Council, formally admitting Mr. Osiyemi into the distinguished circle of professionals shaping the future of transport administration in the country.

The honour underscores Osiyemi’s transformative leadership and commitment to improving mobility, traffic management, and transportation infrastructure in Lagos — Africa’s busiest metropolis.
