NDIC dismisses reports of ongoing recruitment exercise

Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC) has dismissed reports of ongoing recruitment exercise by the Corporation.

A statement by Mohammed Kudu Ibrahim, on behalf of the Corporation, said the reports are untrue and aimed at defrauding innocent Nigerians.

“The attention of the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation has been drawn to a report on the online platforms of the Financial Watch and Latest Nigerian news titled NDIC Recruitment Portal 2020: Requirements and how to apply –www.ndic.gov.ng”

“The article went further to provide for unsuspecting applicants to apply and asked applicants who might need help with more update information on the purported recruitment to provide their names and e-mail addresses on the author’s contact page.

“For the avoidance of doubt, the Corporation hereby states categorically that it has not appointed any agent or consultant to facilitate a non-existing exercise,” Ibrahim said in a stamen.

He further advised Nigerians to disregard the said report and channels all their enquiries to the Corporations’ helpdesk when in doubt.
