Peter Obi Declares Presidential Ambition In Anambra

Former Running Mate of Atiku Abubakar, Peter Obi , has today declared his presidential ambition.

Lagosbusinessnews reports that Peter Obi made this declaration when he visited Traditional Rulers in Anambra State on Thursday. He went to inform the traditional rulers and seek their blessings.

The Anambra former Governor said, ”My job here is simple. It’s to inform you as my own fathers that I will be contesting, aspiring for the post of President of Nigeria.”

Speaking further, Peter Obi said the 2023 general election will determine the future of Nigeria. He advised voters to vote wisely by electing competent politicians who can deliver on the campaign promises.

“This next election will determine the future of Nigeria. It will not go well with Nigerians if the election does not go well. Nigeria is more important than all of us, we must ensure that we build a better place for us all,” Obi said.

Speaking on why he attended Atiku Abubakar’s declaration when he is also aspiring for the same position, Peter Obi said “Atiku is my boss, leader and senior brother . ”
