FRSC Lagos State Sector Command Honours Special Marshal Funsho Adeyelu For His Selfless Service

The Sector Commander FRSC Lagos Sector Command Corps Commander Olusegun Ogungbemide awarded SM Funsho Adeyemi of Special Marshals Unit 75 Abesan Lagos for his meritorious service. The award which was given at the Lagos Sector Command of FRSC included a commendation letter and a plaque of honor.

The commendation letter reads “ It has come to the notice of the management your relentless effort in decongesting the traffic gridlock in Ayobo and it’s axis especially in the morning and evening, your patriotism which is worthy of emulation by other Nigerians deserves encouragement and commendation” .

Ogungbemide applauded the recipients for his consistency in carrying out this task without expecting anything in return. He therefore called on other Special Marshals to emulate SM Funsho Adeyelu by standing up to their responsibilities which is to assist the regular marshals in achieving the Corps mandate.

Responding to the Award, SM Funsho Adeyelu expressed his appreciation to the Sector Commander and the command for acknowledging his service and also dimming it fit to give him such an amazing award. He promised to continue in his good work to ensure free flow of movement within his locality and beyond.
