234finace Disbursed Over $100,000 to Winners, to Host Fifth Edition
MMC 5.0 says over $100,000 has so far been disbursed to 12 winners in cash and consulting services over the years.
This is just as it has also witnessed businesses scale up their operations and improved processes and increase their workforce after participating at event.
The managing partner of 234Finance Ezinne Nwazulu, who made this disclosure in a statement said the organization will be showcasing some of the success stories from the previous participants at MMC5.0,” adding that the 5th Edition of Mentor Matchup Challenge was set to Promote Indegenous Industries.
She explained that the event was carefully curated to feature keynote speeches, panel discussions, intimate mentorship sessions and networking opportunities, light entertainment and the local content exhibition.
“Our previous events combined, have featured 12 panel discussions, 18 intimate mentorship sessions and 18 pitching sessions”
According to Nwazulu, the aim of MMC5.0 was to give attendees insights on practical business strategies required to scale up their operations, give visibility to indigenous brands through the local content exhibition and ultimately help participants achieve personal/organizational objectives.
She noted that the objectives of the Mentor Matchup Challenge include aiding critical thinking skills as well as business focus, promoting indigenous industries and production in Africa, giving entrepreneurs’ insights on how to build businesses that would outlive them.
She said it was also meant to creating networking opportunities for entrepreneurs to connect with clients, distributors, investors and other strategic partners and preparing delegates for important conversations that could transform their businesses.
Scheduled to take place 6th of December 2023 at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, MMC 5.0 is a highly anticipated annual event that brings together active players who promote local content, capacity building and local production in key sectors of the economy.
Over 30 speakers, 300 delegates, 30 exhibitors, 2 key note speeches, 5 panel discussions across 6 key sectors including Energy, Agribusiness, Trade & Retail, Manufacturing, Logistics & the Creative Industry.
