Wema Bank to Reward Customers with N10m Cash Prize in Promo Finale

Wema Bank is gearing up for the grand finale of its 5 for 5 Promo Season 3. The highly anticipated event is set to take place on Friday, May 31, 2024, in Lagos, where a N10 million cash prize will be up for grabs.

The 5 for 5 Promo, launched in 2019, aims to reward Wema Bank’s loyal customers for their continued patronage. Since its inception, the promo has provided financial support to customers, enhancing their personal, business, and professional lives. Through monthly draws, winners are selected from the bank’s active and transacting customers, adhering to the season’s requirements.

In the first two seasons, 1,177 customers received cash rewards totalling N63.3 million, with 23 becoming millionaires. The promo has become a beacon of hope for millions of Nigerians, offering substantial financial benefits and uplifting numerous lives.

Season 3, which began in July 2023, has raised the stakes with a total cash prize of N90 million, surpassing previous seasons. Over the past 10 months, the 5 for 5 Promo has travelled across Nigeria, awarding cash prizes ranging from N25,000 to N1 million each month.

The grand finale will see 120 lucky winners sharing a N10 million cash prize. Reflecting on the bank’s motivation, Mabel Adeteye, Head of Brands & Marketing Communications at Wema Bank, expressed gratitude to customers for their unwavering support.

Adeteye encouraged Nigerians to participate in the final draw, highlighting the simple requirements: fund an account with at least N5,000 and make five transactions using the ALAT App, *945#, or an ALAT/Wema Card while maintaining a minimum balance of N5,000.

The 5 for 5 Promo has touched the lives of thousands, awarding cash prizes for transactions on both Naira and domiciliary accounts. With N80 million already disbursed in the first nine draws of Season 3, the grand finale promises to be an exciting conclusion, rewarding another 120 Nigerians.

To qualify for the grand finale, Wema Bank account holders must fund their Wema/ALAT accounts and complete at least five transactions before the end of the month.
