NAJA, Jetour Partner to advance AI Automotive Reporting at 2025 Seminar
The Nigeria Auto Journalists Association (NAJA), in partnership with Jetour Mobility Limited, has taken a bold step toward the future of motoring and media with its 2025 Annual Training and Seminar, themed “AI Automotive Reporting: Smart Cars, Smart Stories.”
The Seminar, held Friday in Lagos, served as a dynamic convergence of journalists, industry stakeholders, and mobility experts, exploring how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming both the automotive industry and the art of storytelling in journalism.
Welcoming participants, the Chairman of NAJA, Mr. Theodore Opara, described the theme as both timely and visionary, noting that it reflects a fast-evolving relationship between technology and communication.
“This gathering is more than an annual tradition — it is a strategic platform for knowledge exchange, professional growth, and collaboration,” Opara said.
“AI is reshaping how cars are designed and driven, and also how we as journalists report, verify facts, and engage readers. Smart mobility demands smart journalism,”
he added.
He emphasized the importance of accurate, data-driven, and ethical reporting in supporting Nigeria’s growing automotive ecosystem, while also applauding Jetour Mobility Limited for its partnership and commitment to innovation in the country’s motoring space.
