A politician and the former Deputy National Chairman of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP),  Chief Olabode Ibiyinka George, has said that the 2023 general election will be decided by Nigerians, just as he hoped the will of the people would prevail.
After casting his votes at Camera Polling Boot in Lagos Island on Saturday, February 25th 2023, Chief Bode George, noted that the election is free and fair in his area, as he doesn’t know about other areas across the states as of the time he was speaking to the newsmen.
According to him, unlike in the past when the rascals will have been carrying ballot papers. The election is fair because there is no vote buying.
“Vote your conscience and let the will of the people prevail. But anybody who wants to create a nuisance including their sponsors must pay for it. We need zero tolerance to move the nation forward”, he said.
While advising the governments on how to move the country forward, he said, ” the government should give skill acquisition to youth, those that want to go to higher institutions should be given scholarships, those who could not be sent to skill acquisition to learn carpenter, Tailoring among others.”
He added: “I have explained to Nigeria, to pray to God, open their eyes well, and vote properly. Any mistake or nonsense now it’s another 4 years of hell and suffering.”
