BBNAIJA Lockdown Finale: Laycon clicks N85m grand prize with 60% votes

Finally, the small but mighty in the just concluded BigBrother NAIJA Lockdown Season, Olamileank Agbeleshe popularly known as Laycon has won the grand prize worth a whopping N85 million.

Although, it didn’t come as a surprise to millions of fans who die-hard fans of the brand-new ultimate winner of the BBNaija Show Season 5.

Laycon 26, who is a rapper won in a landslide with a significant 60 per cent of the total votes.

It, is, however, noteworthy that the N85 million prizes only has N30million in cash, while the remaining N55 million worth prizes are breakdown into a two-bedroom apartment donated by Revolution Plus; an SUV from Innoson Motors; Home appliances donated by Scanfrost; A trip to Dubai donated by Travelbeta and a trip to Dublin, Ireland to be bankrolled by Guinness.

Others are a year’s supplies of Indomie Noodles, Colgate toothpaste, Pepsi cola; a trip to watch the UEFA Champions League final and a brand new Oppo smartphone.

Meanwhile, in anticipation of the finale, Laycon had expressed his thoughts about the fame that the show attracts.

While speaking to Nengi, the BBNaija finalist prayed that he does not lose himself in the whole process, adding that fame would make him grow as an artist, but does not want to be affected negatively.

According to him, I pray I don’t lose myself with the fame from this house. I’m scared of fame, new people and how to handle them.

“People have treated me differently once when I had a popular song and that’s hard to deal with.”
