UACC General Overseer, Rev. Owoyemi Visits Ondo State Government

The President and General Overseer of United Apostolic Church of Christ, UACC, has said Christians should actively participate in the forthcoming general election to elect the next president of Nigeria come February, 2022.

Rev. Dr. James Bayo Owoyemi made this statement when he visited the Governor of Ondo State, who was represented by the Honoirable Commissioner Ministry of Economic Planning and Budget, Pastor Emnanuel Igbasan.

The President of UACC, Rev. Dr. Owoyemi commended the Administration of His Excellency, Arakunrin Oluwatosin Odunayo Akeredolu, CON, SAN, for the peace and harmony in the State since he came to power in the past years.

He further appreciated the Governor for allowing other faith to practice their religion in the State.

In his response, the Commissioner of Economic Planning and Budget, Pastor Emmanuel Igbasan, who represented the Governor of Ondo State, thanked the UACC General Overseer for visiting him on his office. He appreciated the GO for his commitment to see to the growth and development of UACC. The Commissioner also commended the President and all members of UACC for spreading the gospel.

Pastor Igbasan asked all Christians to get their PVC to exercise their civic right and responsibility during the forthcoming election.

Rev. Dr. James Bayo Owoyemi prayed for the continue peace and harmony of the State. He also prayed for the Governor that God will continue to bless him and strengthen him and God will continue to give him wisdom to excel and administer the church successful.
