Triumphant Baptist Church, Ijoko, Ogun State, under the spiritual leadership of Rev. Dr. Debo Ogunkunle, is set to host the 14th edition of its annual spiritual programme, “24 Hours in God’s Presence,” with this year’s theme focusing on Jehovah El-Shaddai, the All-Sufficient God.

The programme, scheduled to hold from Wednesday, May 27 to Thursday, May 28, 2026, is expected to draw worshippers, ministers and Christian faithful across Nigeria and diaspora for a continuous 24-hour session of worship, prayers and spiritual revival.

The annual programme will commence at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday and continue uninterrupted until 7:00 a.m. the following day, providing participants with an opportunity to seek divine intervention, spiritual renewal and a deeper encounter with God.

Themed “Jehovah El-Shaddai (The All-Sufficient God),” the programme is anchored on Genesis 17:1-2, where God declares His sufficiency and covenant with Abraham, a message church leaders say remains relevant to individuals and families facing economic, social and personal challenges.

The church’s resident minister, Rev. Dr. Debo Ogunkunle, alongside other anointed ministers of God, is expected to lead various sessions during the worship encounter, which will feature intensive prayers, praise worship, biblical teachings and intercessory sessions.

Organisers described the annual programme as a platform designed to strengthen the faith of believers and encourage total dependence on God amid prevailing uncertainties.

The event will take place at the church auditorium located at 2-4 Maye Ipapo Street, Watergate Bus Stop, Ijoko Road, Sango, Ogun State.

As preparations gather momentum, members of the church have intensified mobilisation efforts, inviting Christians and members of the public to participate in what promises to be a significant spiritual gathering centred on worship, prayer and the proclamation of God’s sufficiency.

The annual “24 Hours in God’s Presence” programme has become a notable fixture in the church’s calendar, attracting worshippers seeking spiritual empowerment and renewed commitment to their faith.
