Fidelity Bank Rewards Customers With Over N600,000 in Taraba
As the business community celebrates World Customers’ Week, Fidelity Bank Plc has said it is better to reward Patronage.
The Bank has noted that every first week of the month, its loyal and consistent customers are celebrated with Gift Awards.
Head of Operations, Fidelity Bank Plc, Jalingo branch, Salami Ocholi Usman stated this Friday while presenting Cheques of Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N500,000.00) to Ezike Lilian Chinyere and One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N150,000.00) to Emmanuel Baga Sambo respectively as beneficiaries of Fidelity Savings Loyalty Scheme (FSLS) describing them as the Award winners of the Banks Raffle draw.
The Event held in Jalingo, the State capital, Usman opined that Fidelity Bank always celebrate their Customers, thank them for patronizing and banking with them.
“As part of our monthly activities, a Raffle draw was set aside for us and these are the lucky winners, we therefore, present the Gifts to them”,
“I am happy to tell you that this our Mummy opened a Sweeta Account for her children before now and one of them benefitted from the Reward”,
“Ezike Lilian won this year’s edition of International Customer Week”, he said.
According to him, any body can be a beneficiary, adding that the only option is to consistently use the Bank’s Account, never allow it to be dormant.
In an interview shortly, Usman said the programme was a week long event which he said started since Monday and ended Friday. He told our Correspondent that the Bank used the opportunity to recognize and appreciate their Customers who have been banking with them.
The only challenge we encounter, he added was the inability of the Customers to believe that they are real.
“When some Customers receive the notification for the Award, they look at it as if it was a scam because of the online fraud that is very prevalent now in our Country”,
“So, as we present this dummy cheques to them, the valuers will also be credited to their Account from our Bank”, he added.
